Blythburgh Village Hall Group Class

 I am excited to bring Pilates to Blythburgh! The classes are suitable for all levels, from beginners to regular practitioners. Combining classical Pilates movements with some fitness and strength training, each class will leave you feeling great! Chelsey is also a pre- and post-natal specialist, so if you are pregnant or postpartum, you can also join!

Each week will have a specific focus, such as core and legs, or core and arms, so you really feel like you’re getting the most out of the class.

All equipment is supplied; just wear comfortable/stretchy clothes and bring some water.

Wednesdays at 6.15pm - 7pm

Postnatal Pilates Workshop at Henham
£12.50

This hour long session will focus on reconnecting you to your core muscles after pregnancy and birth. Suitable for anybody from 6 weeks postpartum to 30+ years.

We will start with a warm up where I will talk through some anatomy to help you feel informed and connected to a body which might feel a little different to before. We will then move onto some deep core work and back mobility (nothing prepares you for the amount of bending and leaning over you do in that first year), and some glute focused strengthening. Finally we will finish with a deep relaxation exercise to calm a busy mind.
