Hello! My name is Chelsey, and I created Core Pilates after giving birth to my second daughter. I have always loved fitness, weight training, and yoga and I’ve shared this passion by working with clients for the past two years. However, I discovered a new love for Pilates when I experienced how incredibly it helped heal my body after giving birth.

I trained extensively in classical and contemporary pilates, gaining my CIMSPA-recognised pilates mat work and specialist pre- and post-natal qualifications. Introducing pilates into my life wasn’t just about adding another form of exercise to my practice; it was essential to my recovery after childbirth. Each class will be bespoke to you, working with your body and challenging it to emerge stronger.
