Classes are available at your home (10 mile radius of Southwold), or in Studio in Yoxford.
1:1 & 2:1 Mat Work
These bespoke classes are tailored to you. Book a one off class and leave feeling empowered and motivated, or book a progressive course of classes to unlock a new level of strength, mobility, and confidence. With variations to every exercise, every body is welcome.
I have curated the perfect sessions to match your mood, energy levels, or end goal. Each session will still be tailored; however, by choosing one of the options below, I have an idea of which direction you would like the session to follow:
Classical Flow - A flowing classical Pilates class with a focus on controlled movements of the whole body. Each session will incorporate stretches and relaxation.
Flow & Burn - Classical Pilates + resistance training for a practice focused on strength and conditioning. This class will focus on the core and a specific muscle group, such as core & lower body.
Fit & Burn - A cardio-focused class to improve fitness and strength. This class includes a unique mix of Pilates movements, HIIT training, and resistance work.

Postnatal Pilates
New research has found that more than a third of women suffer lasting health problems after childbirth*. What previous generations accepted as an unfortunate but inevitable effect of childbirth - incontinence, lower back pain, painful sex, the list goes on- are finally starting to be taken more seriously and studied as the life-debilitating injuries they are.
However, with time, attention, appreciation, and help, our bodies can reemerge stronger than ever. Whether you are a few weeks postpartum or 40 years, changes can still be made, and strength can be rebuilt.
Using my own experience after two births and everything I have studied since, I have curated the perfect postpartum sessions. With a mixture of foundational core exercises, focused pelvic floor work, whole body exercises, and some deep relaxation, these specialist sessions will heal and leave you with a new sense of connection to a body which might otherwise feel foreign to you.

A Pilates class is a great way to spend time with friends and family. Whether it’s a hen party, birthday celebration, or just because - a Core Pilates class will be inclusive, versatile, and most importantly, fun.
